Over a dozen of the finest international surf films vie for top honors with eager filmmakers and film stars descending upon San Diego Thursday, May 9th to Saturday, May 11th for the much anticipated annual San Diego Surf Film Festival.
Highlights of the San Diego Surf Film Festival 2019 include an Opening Night at the Belly Up Tavern featuring films. live art, silent auction and live music from Chris Cote, The Montalban Quintet and The Voices. An incredible Farm to Table seven-course, organic dinner at Cyclops Farms in Oceanside.
In addition, Featured Artist Fay Wyles assembled a team of incredible artists to create live art at all the major SDSFF events this year in what has become one of the most sought after aspects of the festival.

I am teaching a series of free 'Creative Kids' Workshops at the Hortense Miller Garden in Laguna Beach! Please contact me for more information. The next workshop is coming up on April 16th from 10am - 1pm! I will teach kids the basics of Decoupage (the art of collaging decorative paper onto a surface). Using small Garden Pots as our surface, students will create their own unique decoupage pot, and fill it with soil and a small succulent. Parents are welcome! Space is limited, so enroll your child today for a special creative adventure at the breath-taking Historic Hortense Miller Garden.

I am helping to coordinate the fine art auction, and have been succussful in getting many local, renowned artists to participate, including Rick Delanty, Jeff Sewell, Joe Vickers, Fernando Micheli, Robert Waxman just to name a few. I will also have an original oil painting up for auction. Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to preserving the worlds oceans and beaches. It's sure to be a dynamic event, so hope to see you there!

Nomads Restaurant & Bar in San Clemente, Ca will be kicking off the Grand Opening of their new 'Nomads Hotel' with a Celebration/Art Walk on Tuesday April 21, 2015. Come on out and celebrate! I'll be showcasing some of my paintings along with several other local artists and organizations. Surfrider Foundation will also be there to share important information on how you can get involved in important issues affecting our oceans & environment. It's bound to be a fun and exciting day of good food, good causes, good people and good art. (Did I mention a live band?) :) The Hotel will be open to take a tour and even book a reservation! I've already taken a tour~ You WILL be pleasantly surprised!!

DANA POINT SYMPHONY ART EXHIBIT: APRIL 18, 2015
I'm excited to be invited to be the exhibiting artist for the Dana Point Symphony following their performance on April 18!
