'Trestles Aglow' was painted during the Paint San Clemente Plein Air festival, which is a week-long event where artists from all over the country come to paint the beautiful scenes of San Clemente.  Because I spent most mornings surfing at this iconic spot, Trestles Beach, I decided I really wanted to set up on the bluff and paint the spot traveled and enjoyed by so many.
